Frollen Music Library returns with “‘72 Type Beat”, a dynamic sample pack exploring the varying moods of mid to down-tempo soul music produced in 1972. A golden year for soul and R&B music alike, 1972 expanded the sonic palette with iconic records from the likes of Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, and Bill Withers.

Taking production and arrangement cues from Stax and Hi Records, The F.M.L house band has meticulously crafted each of the 15 tracks in “‘72 Type Beat” to showcase their knowledge and understanding of soul music from this era. Featuring mellow organ swells, driving warm bass tones,  expressive guitar, dynamic Rhodes and drum grooves, every aspect of the music has been carefully curated to provide quality inspiration for your next production.
