WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

When you sign up to our mailing list, we collect and store your email address and possibly your first and last name. No other personal or identifying details are saved in this list. This information is never sold or shared with any third parties. We only use your data to contact you about news and updates from Frollen Music Library.

When you make a purchase from our website, we collect and store the first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the billing and shipping address that you enter when you checkout. This data is used so we can mail you your purchase and to send periodic emails regarding your order. The data may also be used to contact you about a licensing agreement.

We do not collect or store credit card data. Credit card data is processed through PayPal or the Stripe online payment processing service.

Like most websites, we use cookies to improve your online experience, enable you to checkout from our store, and for analytics.

We keep analytics records for up to three years. We keep customer purchase records for twenty years.

You can request to have the personal data we hold about you. You can also request to have it erased, however, this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Our host Webflow uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) Shield to protect from data breaches.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

FML uses embedded Disco players to stream audio. They may collect usage data for analytics and we recommend that you read their Cookie policy here.

SHOULD A DATA BREACH OCCUR:

We will notify the users via email within 72 hours of data breach.
